COOKHAM DEAN RESERVES

Manager Dave Clarke was delighted with the way the Reserve side performed during the 2006/07 season.
The boss was full of praise for his team but thinks the best is still to come as the side evolves into a very good Premier Division force following the previous years promotion from Division one.
Performances were very encouraging and with the experienced players leading the younger players by example the side played some very enjoyable Football at a decent level.
That makes for happy and coinfident players and at the moment thats just what is happening up at the Dean.
Also on a very positive note quite a few players from the youth section stepped up into Senior football this year and many of them did exceptionaly well. Amongst them were Xavier Etienne, Dean Knight,Nathan Lishman & Lee Sheaf all of whom have a big part to play in the future of the club. In pre-season former U18 James Gisbourne also has impressed and with several other new faces joining the squad the Reserves are looking ahead to an exciting campaign
